Despite his untimely passing in 2006, the third album from the late music producer J Dilla arrives via Rebirth of Detroit that is released for a full album stream. A project initiated by J Dilla’s mother and the label she created, Ruff Draft Records, Rebirth of Detroit sees a plethora of artists rhyming over various Dilla beats. The project is sure to be a memorable addition to the Dilla legacy that has certainly not been lacking in its weight and significance upon the music world.
